Screen Actors Guild is the nation’s premier labor union representing actors. American Federation of Television and Radio Artists
The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) is a national labor union representing over 70,000 performers, journalists and other artists working in the entertainment and news media. AFTRA's scope of representation covers broadcast, public and cable television (news, sports and weather; drama and comedy, soaps, talk and variety shows, documentaries, children's programming, reality and game shows); radio (news, commercials, hosted programs); sound recordings (CDs, singles, Broadway cast albums, audio books); "non-broadcast" and industrial material as well as Internet and digital programming.

The Association of Talent Agents (ATA) is a non-profit trade association representing the finest talent agencies in the industry. ATA agencies represent the vast majority of working artists, including actors, directors, writers, and other artists in film, stage, television, radio, commercial, literary work, and other entertainment enterprises.
Talent Managers Association
The Talent Managers Association (founded in 1954) is a Non-Profit Mutual Benefit Corporation, an association of professional Talent Managers who have shown themselves to be ethical, knowledgeable and skilled as talent/artist/literary managers and have thus been accepted as such by their peers. The Association exists for the benefit of its members, the talent represented by the members and the profession of Talent Management.
